Job summary

Tb-Isle-Resort-Lp in Florida seeks a Server Assistant to support the Food Server in delivering prompt, courteous service within a luxury resort dining room. You will help prepare stations, greet guests, and ensure smooth meal service with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities include setting tables and buffet displays, polishing silverware, restocking stations, assisting servers, and maintaining sanitation and appearance standards.

Qualifications

• Professional demeanor suitable for luxury environment.
• Previous food & beverage experience preferred.
• TIPS certificate required.
• Knowledge of serving alcohol per state law.
• Knowledge of food and wine/cocktail beverages is an asset.
• Basic computer knowledge / POS systems

Responsibilities

• Greet guests by name and acknowledge seating according to hotel standards.
• Set tables with silverware and glassware and other items for the station.
• Ensure items are properly set and restaurant stations are stocked.
• Polish silverware and prepare buffet setups.
• Assist restaurant staff and maintain cleanliness and appearance standards.
