La Posada at Pusch Ridge in Oro Valley, AZ, seeks a skilled, full-time Sous Chef to lead our brand-new luxury kitchen. You will supervise cooks, ensure top-tier food quality, and deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents while coordinating with the Executive Chef.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Sous Chef or Food Production Manager.
• Serve Safe Manager training or the ability to obtain within 90 days of start date.
• Graduate from Hotel/Restaurant Institutional Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead cooks and supervise kitchen operations.
• Check quality of raw and cooked foods and maintain standards.
• Determine production schedules and staffing to ensure timely service.
• Recruit and hire kitchen staff and supervise execution of menus.
• Instruct staff on preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation.
