The Mather in Evanston, Illinois, seeks a Server to deliver professional food and beverage service in a luxury senior living environment. You will engage with residents, family members, and guests, sharing menu insights and guiding guests through our elevated program across multiple restaurant venues.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes all tables with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Takes accurate food orders.
• Serves food and beverages across multiple venues.
• Provides menu recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Closes checks promptly and accurately.
• Maintains neat appearance and follows established standards.
• Performs related duties and side work as assigned.
• Communicates resident and guest concerns to management.
• Contributes to sanitation and QA process improvements.
