Grand Living at The Grove in Austin, TX is seeking a Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering friendly, professional service and handling a variety of administrative tasks.

The Concierge will coordinate activities, manage requests, direct phone calls, distribute mail, and interact with residents, visitors and staff to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Must be able to stand, lift up to 20 lbs, and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Customer service experience in the senior housing field, preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to communicate with residents, family, peers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing friendly and professional service.
• Performs clerical tasks, coordinates activities, manages requests and distributes correspondence.
• Directs phone calls and interacts with visitors, residents and team members to support daily operations.
• Supports the resident experience by ensuring timely, courteous service and addressing needs as they arise.
