Job summary

Grand Living at Georgetown is seeking a friendly Concierge to enhance the Resident experience, serving as the first point of contact for a range of needs. This role supports clerical tasks, coordinates activities and handles requests in a courteous, timely manner.

Position offers part-time Sunday shifts and PRN coverage. Includes benefits like PTO, insurance options, 401(k) with match, life insurance and more, with a focus on exceptional service and a welcoming community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in senior housing preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to communicate with residents, families and staff.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend and lift up to 20 pounds, push/pull carts up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors, respond to requests, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate daily activities and communicate with residents and staff to fulfill needs.
• Distribute correspondence and manage phone calls and visitor interactions.
• Support community operations under Business Office Manager supervision.
