Qualifications

• Retail or frontline customer service experience is beneficial.
• Ability to work at pace during peak seasons and holidays.
• Willingness to assist with stock, cashier tasks, and store upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day boutique operations during peak seasonal trading.
• Receive, merchandise, and replenish stock deliveries accurately.
• Maintain stockroom standards and organise product for accessibility.
• Assist with inventory, stock transfers, and cycle counts.
• Support store presentation and ensure displays are replenished.
• Deliver operational support to the store team and customer journey.
• Prepare purchases and gift packaging to a high luxury standard.
• Assist cashier operations and process transactions with care.
• Help with opening/closing procedures and housekeeping.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep the boutique fully operational.
• Uphold Vivienne Westwood values, standards, and procedures.
