Job summary

Vivienne Westwood is seeking a Seasonal Associate for our New York boutique during the busy holiday season on a fixed-term contract. You will support stock management, deliveries, replenishment and cashier operations to ensure a premium customer experience.

Working within a close-knit team, you will maintain inventory accuracy, assist with stockroom organisation and help present the boutique to reflect the brand's luxury standards, while being flexible to weekend and holiday trading periods.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day boutique operations during peak seasonal trading.
• Receive, process, merchandise and replenish stock deliveries promptly.
• Maintain stockroom standards and accurate stock control.
• Assist with inventory management, transfers and cycle counts.
• Ensure boutique displays are replenished and aligned with brand standards.
• Provide operational support to the store team and enhance customer journey.
• Prepare customer purchases including gift packaging to luxury standards.
• Support cashier operations and ensure accurate transactions.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and housekeeping.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised environment on sales floor and stockroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep the boutique fully operational during busy periods.
• Uphold Vivienne Westwood values, standards and procedures.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Vivienne Westwood is looking for a Seasonal Associate to join our New York boutique during the busy holiday season on a fixed-term contract.

This role is focused on supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring everything runs smoothly during peak trading periods. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will assist with stock management, deliveries, replenishment, packaging, cashier support, and maintaining exceptional store standards.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organised, hands-on, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the seamless day-to-day operation of the boutique during the peak seasonal trading period.
• Receive, process, merchandise, and replenish stock deliveries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain exemplary stockroom standards, ensuring product is organised, accessible, and accurately accounted for at all times.
• Assist with inventory management, stock transfers, cycle counts, and general stock control procedures.
• Support the presentation of the boutique by ensuring product displays remain fully replenished, well-maintained, and aligned with brand standards.
• Deliver exceptional operational support to the wider store team, contributing to a smooth and efficient customer journey.
• Prepare and present customer purchases, including gift packaging, to the highest standard of luxury retail.
• Support cashier operations, processing transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a premium customer experience.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including operational checks and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment across both the sales floor and stockroom.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure the boutique remains fully operational throughout busy trading periods.
• Uphold the values, standards, and procedures of Vivienne Westwood at all times.
