Vivienne Westwood Ltd is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for our Los Angeles boutique, four days a week, focused on delivering a luxury client experience and driving sales.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in premium fashion retail, a proven track record with clients, and the ability to work swiftly in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

You will build relationships, manage a client book, and represent the brand with professionalism and passion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion retail.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with the Vivienne Westwood brand.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to overall business performance.
• Identify client needs and provide expert guidance on products, styling, and collections.
• Support clients throughout the full customer journey, from initial engagement to after-sales service.
• Build and maintain a strong client book, driving repeat business and loyalty.
• Proactively engage in client outreach, including appointments, follow-ups, and events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within CRM systems.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of collections, materials, and brand heritage.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and authenticity at all times.
• Support daily store operations, including POS transactions, stock management, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and housekeeping.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support store goals.
• Contribute to a positive and professional working environment.
• Support additional business needs as required.
