You will build relationships, manage warm leads, and drive growth with an uncapped commission structure while representing a premier luxury brand.

This role involves following up by phone, text, and email, using Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, and collaborating with marketing to convert leads.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consultative sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to warm leads and maintaining ongoing follow-up.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM is a plus.

• Conduct personalized scent consultations based on each client's lifestyle, space, and goals.
• Demonstrate our premium scenting systems and signature fragrance collection.
• Build relationships that turn first-time buyers into lifelong clients.
• Proactively connect with warm leads by phone, text, and email.
• Follow up consistently to educate, answer questions, and guide customers toward the right solution.
• Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Achieve individual sales goals while providing an exceptional luxury experience.
