Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership with coaching, interpersonal and people-development skills.
• Demonstrated commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Client-centric approach with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to maintain brand standards and discretion in client interactions in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve individual and store sales targets and deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and execute action plans to maximize product performance.
• Act as a role model on the sales floor, supporting selling, cross-selling, and high standards of client service and grooming.
• Provide market and client feedback to the Corporate Merchandising team and champion product categories within the store.
• Support operational processes including inventory management, staff planning, and ensuring adherence to brand policies and standards.
