Job summary

MCM, a luxury lifestyle brand, is seeking a passionate Retail Sales Associate in New York to deliver exceptional service and drive sales across our boutiques.

You will build relationships with clients, maintain store presentation, and stay informed on product lines. Ideal candidates have at least two years in luxury retail, excellent communication, and a proactive, energetic attitude; familiarity with POS systems and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in luxury retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and multitask.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy, sales-focused personality.
• Computer skills include use of POS systems, Word, Excel and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales and customer service.
• Initiate and build relationships and core personal business through creative selling and client-book maintenance, including post-sale follow up.
• Exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly selling plan.
• Assist in maintaining visual standards and general floor upkeep.
• Assist in inventory maintenance in stockroom and selling floor.
