Job summary

Christofle in New York City is seeking a Sales Specialist to deliver best in class client service, achieve personal sales goals, and build lasting client relationships. Upon joining, you will receive in-depth training about Christofle’s history, culture, and product catalog.

This role reports to the Boutique Manager and collaborates with Customer Service, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion.
• Provide outstanding customer service including in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals.
• Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team first attitude at all times.
• Develop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients, inclusive of interior designers, estate managers, corporations.
• Demonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of our products.
• Assist and support after sales client requests inclusive of engraving and repairs.
• Act as a referent and provide recommendations that will provide an exceptional client experience.
• Problem solving in partnership with leadership team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business.
• Participate in inventory management functions including organizing stock on floor and stockroom, transfers, receiving, UPS, and messenger shipping.
• Participate in executing all POS transactions, inclusive of sales, returns, packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise.
