Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum seven years’ progressive sales and marketing leadership in luxury hotels/resorts.
• Strong relationships with luxury travel advisors and luxury hospitality networks.
• Experience with revenue management and luxury brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share across all segments.
• Lead revenue generation for luxury leisure, group, corporate, and events.
• Oversee marketing, PR, and digital initiatives to maintain luxury brand standards.
• Build strategic relationships with luxury travel partners and key accounts.
• Monitor performance, forecasts, and ROI to drive profitability.
