Stein Eriksen Lodge Management Corp is seeking a highly organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support Group Sales and Corporate Marketing. You will manage administrative tasks, assist with DRPs, client coordination, and vendor management, while coordinating projects for marketing campaigns and VIP experiences.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a luxury hospitality setting at our Park City location.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of administrative, hospitality, sales, marketing, or project coordination experience.
• Hotel, resort, luxury hospitality, tourism, or destination marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with multiple departments and managing numerous concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Group Sales Managers to maximize time for selling and servicing clients.
• Coordinate client site inspections and property tours.
• Assist with group welcome amenities and VIP guest arrangements.
• Generate sales reports, pace reports, and productivity summaries.
• Support marketing projects coordination and vendor management as directed by the Marketing Director.
