Coach searches for a driven Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience in our Colorado Lone Tree store. You will invite customers to explore, style, and buy with confidence while representing the Coach brand and upholding luxury standards.

You will build client relationships, utilize POS and mobile selling tools, and contribute to achieving personal and store KPIs. A team‑oriented approach and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or equivalent.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated shopping experience.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs and support daily store operations.
• Maintain store standards, inventory, and visual merchandising.
