Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations across luxury retail and omni-channel channels.

Represent Coach with the Guide to Style and Service standards, build client relationships, drive cross-selling and upselling, and use mobile POS and clienteling tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, peak season.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Support daily store operations and inventory, keep the floor organized.
