Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Pearl, Mississippi, to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will blend luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The role requires strong English proficiency, 1+ year of sales experience in luxury retail, and comfort with POS systems, mobile devices, and live‑stream shopping or video demos. Nights and weekends are common retail shifts.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS and social selling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain high energy on the floor and support daily store operations.
Assist with inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
