Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Las Vegas to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and support daily store operations. You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data for repeat purchases.

The role requires at least 1+ years in luxury retail, proficiency with POS systems, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
Strong English proficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred)

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and assist daily store operations.
