Job summary

A luxury Hawaiian resort is seeking a dedicated Room Service staff member to ensure exceptional guest experiences through prompt and personalized service. You will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest rooms while maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and be familiar with food and beverage handling procedures. This role requires the ability to work flexible hours and communicate effectively with guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.
• Clear Department of Health TB test clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of service carts and equipment.
• Take food and beverage orders over the phone as needed.
