Job summary

Four Seasons Lana'i is seeking a Retreat Host to deliver a personalized, seamless guest experience on Sensei Lana'i. You will be the primary on-property contact, blending front desk and concierge responsibilities to manage arrivals and departures while anticipating guest needs and coordinating services across the resort.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, coordinating requests, and providing resort knowledge to create memorable luxury experiences in alignment with Four Seasons standards.

Qualifications

• Must have legal work authorization in United States.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver warmth, efficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage arrival/departure with a warm, personalized service.
• Check-in/check-out with accuracy and discretion.
• Coordinate dining reservations, activities, spa services and transportation for guests.
