Ferragamo USA INC in New York, NY is seeking a Retail Training Specialist to provide administrative and logistical support to the Retail Training team and boutique teams across the U.S. and Canada.

You will schedule sessions, manage records, prepare materials, and serve as the first point of contact for training questions. You will collaborate with HR and Store Management to coordinate onboarding milestones, training schedules, and track LMS data.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative, coordination, or HR/training support experience (retail experience preferred)
• Excellent organization, scheduling, and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with a learning management system (LMS) and data reporting

Responsabilités

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions (in-person, virtual, and on-the-job) including calendars, invitations, venues, travel, and materials
• Prepare, print, and ship training materials, workbooks, and welcome kits
• Partner with HR to coordinate new hire training schedules and onboarding milestones
• Maintain training records, attendance, and completion data in the LMS; assign courses and track deadlines
• Prepare regular reports on participation, completion rates, and onboarding status; collect feedback surveys and assessment results
• Format and update training decks, job aids, and guides; support product launches and policy updates
• Serve as the first point of contact for store teams with training questions, escalating complex needs
• Process training-related expenses and vendor invoices; handle ad hoc admin projects
• Handle ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed
