Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute sales and client development strategies with Store Manager and Team Managers.
• Deliver high-quality client interactions to drive loyalty and sales goals.
• Sell on the floor, recommend products based on client profiles and trends, and lead a category.
• Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to the team.
• Support store operations and uphold service and presentation standards.
