Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a store associate to join our high-volume luxury retail team in Washington. You will greet customers, assist with transactions, stock the floor, and support front- and back-of-house operations with a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications include 1–2 years of retail experience, open availability for a flexible schedule (including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends), and the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with transactions to create memorable experiences.
• Handle shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced store.
• Collaborate with team to deliver Tory Burch standards of service and presentation.
