Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail team member for a fast-paced high-volume store in California. You will support front- and back-of-house operations, greet customers, assist with transactions, and help maintain stock flow to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes overnights, evenings and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and handle stock room tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions; act as cashier or runner as needed.
• Answer phones and support front- and back-of-house operations.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain store standards.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize stock room to ensure smooth product flow.
