Job summary

Tory Burch in Orlando is seeking a retail team member to support front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a high-volume store. You will act as greeter, cashier, and stock-room organizer while collaborating with leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, open availability for a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends) and a willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible schedule (overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends).
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, run errands, and cashier duties.
• Answer phones and assist with store policies and procedures.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room.
• Support product flow and the smooth operation of the store.
