Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail associate in a fast-paced luxury boutique environment in Orlando. You will greet customers, process transactions, restock shelves, and help maintain visual standards across the floor.

The role requires 1–2 years of high-volume retail experience, flexible availability including overnights and weekends, and a willingness to travel occasionally. You’ll be part of a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and supports store operations.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-drive retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, run errands, cashier, answer phones and support store operations.
• Organize stock room to support product flow and the smooth running of the store.
• Collaborate with team to deliver retail excellence and memorable customer experiences.
