Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a dedicated Retail Associate to join our dynamic team. In a fast-paced luxury retail environment, you will assist customers, manage stock, and support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in high-volume retail, open availability for a flexible schedule, and the physical ability to lift and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in high volume, customer-driven retail environments preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions and purchases in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Answer phones, manage stock room, and ensure smooth product flow throughout the store.
• Support front of house and back of house operations to deliver excellent retail experiences.
• Follow store policies and procedures to maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
