Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a dynamic retail teammate to join our team in a fast-paced store environment. You will assist customers, manage transactions, and help maintain store presentation and product flow across front and back of house operations.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and support front of the house and back of the house operations.
• Greet customers, handle transactions and ensure smooth product flow.
• Support stock organization and maintain store standards.
