Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail teammate for a fast-paced store in Elizabeth, NJ. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with operations, and contribute to a premium shopping experience.

One to two years in a high-volume retail setting is preferred. Open availability for flexible shifts is required, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends; occasional overnight travel may be needed. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier and answer phones while upholding operational policies.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow.
