Job summary

Versace Miami Sawgrass is seeking an experienced store manager to lead a luxury boutique and drive exceptional sales performance. You will partner with senior management to maximize sales and margins, implement strategic initiatives, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve store profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business and at least five years of luxury retail management experience, with strong leadership, communication, and operational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
• Minimum of five years experience in retail management – luxury experience preferred.
• Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Sales and performance of the boutique and sales performance of each associate.
• Partner with senior management to maximize sales and margin goals.
• Create strategic decisions based on business needs and objectives, and execute action plans to increase sales and profit.
• Develop business strategies and set achievable goals, implement incentives to boost sales, and ensure staff accountability.
• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to directives.
