Movado Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager for the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets location. You will lead a team in a high-end retail environment, drive sales, manage CRM practices, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Retail Manager
• Strong sales background in luxury or fashion retail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives for the store, including sales goals and controlling expenses
• Set sales goals for store associates and monitor performance
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and counsel staff for peak performance
• Schedule and coordinate employees to maximize store performance
• Provide training and coaching to staff to maintain CRM standards
• Handle customer issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure store adheres to company standards and policies
• Lead store meetings and communicate corporate updates
• Manage store marketing and merchandising programs and loss prevention
