Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals.
• Develop knowledge of Movado merchandise.
• Merchandise products according to company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, professional store environment with accurate ticketing and displays.
• Follow security and loss prevention procedures.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes.
• Support the store with any additional tasks as needed.
