Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve store financial objectives, sales goals and control expenses.
• Set sales targets for associates and monitor performance.
• Lead recruitment, training, evaluation, and coaching of staff for peak performance.
• Schedule and manage staff to maximize store performance and coverage.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and implement store marketing and merchandising programs.
• Ensure loss prevention and physical security procedures are followed.
