Movado Group, Inc. is hiring a Store Manager for the Movado Company Store at Wrentham Outlets in Wrentham, MA.

You will lead all store operations, drive sales, manage staff, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards. You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, monitor daily performance with analytics, and partner with corporate to execute merchandising and loss prevention programs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
• Solid sales background with proven performance.
• Open availability and flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze store performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff for sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives by meeting or exceeding store sales goals and controlling expenses.
• Set sales goals for all store associates and monitor performance.
• Analyze store performance using business analytics and implement improvements.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach store employees for peak performance.
• Schedule and supervise staff to maximize store results.
• Maintain customer CRM practices and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure store standards and conduct regular staff meetings.
