Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressively responsible luxury retail management, directly supervising a non-exempt employee population.
• Strong familiarity with the AMIRI brand, aesthetic, and narrative.
• Experience working locally and knowledge of local labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Motivate team to meet sales targets and build a strong client base.
• Partner with HQ Retail to analyze sales figures and CRM activity to set store goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate sales and meet targets.
• Oversee in-store promotions and events with Visual Merchandising and Brand teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure health, safety, and compliance.
• Lead recruitment and training, publish schedules, and manage performance reviews.
