Qualifications

• 3-5 years luxury retail experience or equivalent, with proven store leadership.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage inventory.
• Experience hosting events and engaging with top clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop store team including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Drive store sales to meet monthly/quarterly/yearly targets and manage in-store events.
• Oversee clienteling, VIP relationships, and high-level customer service standards.
• Own visual merchandising and inventory management to reflect brand standards.
