Job summary

Cult Gaia, a Los Angeles–born lifestyle brand, is opening a Dallas store this November. We are seeking a Store Manager who leads the sales team, drives growth, and partners with HQ to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will train staff, maintain brand standards, and manage daily operations while hitting KPIs and building loyal client relationships in a fast-moving retail environment. A minimum of 5+ years in retail management is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of retail management or comparable experience.
• Strong knowledge of Cult Gaia brand and product lines.
• Ability to drive loyalty and create exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience with training staff and managing a sales team.
• Proficient with computers and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of meeting retail goals/financial targets.
• Ability to maintain brand image and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal and store sales goals.
• Ensure the store is accurately staffed.
• Track and communicate business results.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Contribute to monthly sales growth, target ≥20%.
• Maintain KPI above company standard and train staff.
• Provide outstanding customer service on the floor.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with shipment receipt and back-of-house organization.
