Job summary

Movado Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Grapevine Mills Mall in Grapevine, TX. The role focuses on supporting the Store Manager, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure inventory and CRM processes align with company policy, while maintaining a professional store appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion or luxury retail is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Open availability including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in all store operations and drive sales.
• Open and close the store and manage staff performance.
• Coach, train and develop store personnel to reach goals.
• Recruit and hire staff; support loss prevention and inventory control.
• Ensure CRM data capture, merchandising standards and excellent service.
