Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Retail Manager, preferably in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories and/or luxury retail.
• Proven solid sales background.
• Open availability and flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Strong business acumen and use of business analytics.
• Superior skills in managing employees with ability to mentor sales performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build a culture focused on success and teamwork.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives for the store, including meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing expenses.
• Set sales goals for all store associates and monitor performance.
• Analyze store performance using business analytics and implement programs to improve results.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and counsel staff for peak performance.
• Schedule and organize employees to maximize store performance.
• Provide coaching to staff to enhance performance and service.
• Maintain CRM practices and customer relationships.
• Conduct regular store meetings and communicate corporate updates.
• Oversee loss prevention, merchandising, and store operations including opening/closing.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and security requirements.
