Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management, preferably fast fashion experience.
• 3+ years proven track record leading diverse and high performing teams.
• Demonstrated result and acumen in interpreting, analyzing and driving sales, stock and service delivery.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices, VM directives and standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Outstanding communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
