Responsibilities

• Assist management to achieve store sales and profitability through supervision of the store team and implementation of company programs, policies and procedures.
• Act as a positive role model to store personnel, representing and supporting the brand and values.
• Develop supervisory skills by taking ownership of responsibilities (visual/merchandising/operations) and assisting with store management in the absence of the Store Manager.
