Job summary

CD Peacock Jewelers seeks an experienced Assistant Store Director to lead the Oak Brook Mansion, delivering exceptional business, client, and team results. The role supports daily operations, sales performance, client development, and associate engagement, elevating the luxury experience.

As a visible on-floor leader, you will coach associates, resolve client and operational issues, and participate in the Mansion Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.
• Strong coaching, performance management, and talent development skills.
• Exceptional client service, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and open/close the Oak Brook Mansion.
• Coach and develop sales professionals and associates through regular feedback.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and talent development initiatives.
• Lead by example to foster accountability, teamwork, and luxury service.
• Partner with leadership across store operations, CRM, marketing, and events.
