Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in fashion/retail.
• 2+ years of prior sales experience.
• Experience with Austin retail fashion market.
• Relationship-driven selling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal and store sales goals by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Establish returning client business and maintain long-lasting relationships.
• Utilize selling culture and training tools to meet KPI expectations.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff on the sales floor and in-store operations.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and merchandise flow front and back of house.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new hires.
• Collaborate across Human Resources, Operations, Client Services, and Visuals.
