Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help run a premium store floor with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. You will greet clients warmly, assist with their needs, and ensure smooth operations at the cash wrap and stockroom.

The role demands accuracy, flexibility, and a strong sense of style with an emphasis on brand standards and teamwork. Comfortable with POS systems and a fast-paced environment, you will contribute to sales goals while upholding luxury service

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury environment
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
• Familiarity with cash register systems; basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Internet)
• Ability to use POS and mobile POS devices
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in English required

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and manage stock levels
• Replenish sales floor and implement visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests
