Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. We seek a Sales Support Associate for our Florida location to welcome clients, maintain a well-organized sales floor, and assist with stock flow and POS transactions, reflecting the brand’s courteous service.

The role requires at least some retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication. You will handle cash, use basic computer tools, and multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad/laptop usage.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador locally and on social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
