Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate III at Palazzo in Las Vegas to warmly welcome clients, assist with purchases, and ensure efficient store operations. You will help with stock, shipments, and merchandising while representing the Coach brand.

Strong English communication and a background in luxury retail are preferred. The role requires flexibility, including nights, weekends, and peak periods, with a foundation in cash handling and in-store technology.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience (cashier/stock or sales).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills; familiarity with iPad/laptop, Mobile POS.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deliver strong customer service.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
