On the floor daily, you will coach in the moment, shape strategic initiatives, build lasting client relationships, and partner with marketing and leadership to elevate performance while upholding brand standards and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in retail management.
• College or post-secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence partners and motivate direct reports.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability; able to work holidays, nights and weekends.
• Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are a strong asset.
