Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Scottsdale to lead a diverse luxury retail team and drive exceptional client experiences. You will coach associates, influence sales strategies, and ensure the store operates efficiently while upholding brand standards.

As a leader, you will deliver in-the-moment coaching, develop relationships with clients, and collaborate with management to execute store objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success as a Client Advisor and strong team player.
• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Experience with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or others) are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead on client relationship strategies and drive revenue.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching on the sales floor to associates.
• Shape and execute store strategies to build trust with clients and team.
• Ensure effective communications cascade throughout the team.
