Janie and Jack LLC is seeking a Sales Lead who is iconic, approachable, and connected to our customers. You will provide individualized experiences through authentic connections and expert styling advice while building relationships that reflect the brand’s diversity and inclusion.

You’ll lead a team in a fast-paced luxury children's retailer, drive sales with genuine service, maintain a beautifully presented store, and participate in scheduling and non-selling activities to support business

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail sales experience with supervisory experience (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, inspiring company.
• Great communication and optimistic problem-solver.
• Flexibility to support non-selling activities to meet the needs of business.
• Availability to work when needed, including nights and weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about leading your team to success.
• Acts with authenticity, sincerity, and transparency.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a beautifully presented store through stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns.
