Job summary

Lucchese Bootmaker Napa is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver luxury client experiences, share product craftsmanship, and uphold brand heritage while driving personal sales.

You will build lasting client relationships, maintain visual standards, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure an exceptional in-store experience for every guest, reflecting the Lucchese brand with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain luxury presentation standards and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized luxury client experiences and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain product presentation, merchandising, and luxury brand standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership and peers to achieve KPIs.
• Accurately record customer and transaction information in all systems.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and brand storytelling in every interaction.
• Support inventory processing and merchandising throughout the day.
